IRA gun attack on British Patrol - Ardoyne 1990's

This video shows a Provisional IRA active service unit operating in the Ardoyne area of Belfast.

The video shows the unit firing at a British patrol which is further down the street, they use two AK-47 assault rifles, one M-1 Carbine and another volunteer keeps watch with a handgun.

  1. That video isn't from Ardoyne and is actually in two parts, filmed in two different places in west Belfast. The first part (which matches the picture you have on the homepage) is shot in St James's and the second part is in Beechmount - the firing takes place at the corner of Beechmount drive.
